Dedicated to empowering others, Paul promotes lasting health through movement, balance, and holistic wisdom.
Phoenix has a deep passion for health and wellness, backed by extensive training in personal training, sleep stress management and recovery, nutrition and health coaching, massage therapy, reiki, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and life coaching. A proud veteran of the United States military, he redirected his focus to recovery after an injury while preparing for special operations. Through the various ups and downs life throws at us, he firmly believes that resiliency and flexibility are the keys to consistency and longevity.
